The hardest screw to find is the one that holds the section containing the light dimmer control. Its right up the back and an absolute prick to get at!

Takes 10 minutes to get out.. I've lost all my screws though, well, my panel beater stole them thinking they'd come in handy and never gave them back.

i gotta say i did everything vldude'03 said and it was a breeze i really think its a great guide but if anyone wants to do it look out for that little screw in the glovebox that houlds most of the dash together

Dash uses a few types. Black medium phillips head (most common) Black large phillips head (far less common; holds lower dash to the tabs welded to the body above the ECU and the opposite side) 10mm/phillips head (holds instrument cluster and dash pad to the body) Doubt you'll be able to get them new from SCA or Holden. Hit a wreckers up for the 5 finger discount.
