Well done Hyperguy!! A great post. I liked and agree with: "New drivers often do not see and understand the actions of other road users and fail to adjust their driving behaviour to suit the conditions or potential hazards ahead." and "Probationary drivers are twice as likely to be involved in a crash in which people are injured than a fully licensed driver. To reduce the chances of a crash happening to you, probationary restrictions exist to penalise high crash risk drivers whilst allowing other drivers to gain valuable driving experience under the safest possible conditions" Makes sense so who can argue with that ???? .....a couple of angry clowns here perhaps?

Here is the other part that I just realised I forgot to add... ---------------------------- Drink driving You must not have any alcohol in your blood when driving. You should also be careful about driving if you have been drinking the night before as you may still have alcohol in your system. You should plan ahead. If you are likely to be drinking: leave your car at home take a taxi or share one arrange a lift with a friend arrange to stay the night You can also help by not putting pressure on others to drink when they have to drive. If you are driving make the decision not to drink and stick to it. If you commit a drink driving offence, your licence will be suspended or cancelled. You will have to complete a driver education course and will incur any other penalties the court may impose. If you refuse to take a breath test you will lose your licence and face a large fine. A brochure called "The Next Step" is available from VicRoads Registration and Licensing offices and Courts. This explains the necessary steps in getting your licence back if you have lost it for a drink or drug related offence. Drugs Medicines and illegal drugs that can affect safe driving are detected in over 25% of Victorian fatalities. In Victoria it is an offence to drive a motor vehicle while under the influence of any drug including medicines, to such an extent as to be incapable of having proper control of a vehicle. For a first offence, the minimum cancellation/disqualification period is 12 months. For a subsequent offence, the cancellation/disqualification period is two years. An immediate suspension notice may be issued. ---------------------------- Cheers Mick Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Maybe he could come give me a hand doing all the ones from South Eastern Suburbs, to inner city. If the Police wanna fine me hundreds of dollars for basically nothing, I'm going to spoil the Governments revenue by 10 times as much.

It will just give them a reason to lift the quota of caneries they will give.

I'm gonna buy a Holden Commodore VY Series II Executive V6 with hub caps, and deal illicit drugs to dozens of under age teenagers who know no better, filling their innocent minds with corruption. Then I shall pimp them at St.Kilda for half price. While you're copping canaries for hurting no one, I'll be rich for hurting everyone. SirGeo, you didn't know??? Driving a VL Turbo is a criminal offence in this State, you should be ashamed. Once upon a time, the Police were considered as a respected part of the community, who provided a service to 'serve and protect'. These days the only thing Police are protecting is that of the Governments interest in money.
