Ok guys... now all the panels are screwed and glued together. All I have to do now is fill the air holes between the panels with special filler to make it airtight and strong. As you can see there are some pics of the box in stages... After all the panels were assembled I used the used guide of the particular subs I was using to obtain the cutout measurements of the mounting hole... I measured them out as you can see, and then I cut them out with a hand jigsaw... Finally the box is looking like it should... BUT this is only the first step of the whole custom boot. I am also making a false floor to cover the whole boot which would be the next step and then additions after that... So all in all it is a big job but will definately be worth it, I dont even know how it's going to turn out, but from the box almost complete it's lookin' good Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I had actually planned at once stage to build not only a false floor into my boot, but a false back wall, carpetted off nicely. Legally it woulda been ok too, just needed a hinged access door for the LPG emergency valve. Never got round to it coz im hopeless with projects, but I had made up measurements and **** .. had actually considered removing the spare tire alltogether, and using that space to install a custom sub enclosure (only have a single 12" sealed sub) to the left side, amp mounted on a panel on the right, and the false wall hiding the gas tank. False floor probably would have had a door in it too to keep the toolkit in Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Yrah guys... I'm also doing a panel to separate the gas tank from the rest of the boot, and i will see where the amp(s) mount and what other compartments and whether i keep a spare tyre as well.
