9K hey uuhhmmmmmm uuhhhhuuuhhhh..... no offence bro, but either
a) you have your hand on it..
b) Your mate has his hand on it
c) one of you two MOFO's are into hot parts, because there is no way on the earth that youll pay 9 thousand and get all that stuff. Besides what about rods, rings, bearings, seals, what turbo you running??? etc
youll need to pay the extra dollar more and get medium meal.. i mean computer 8O
what size injectors are you running??

what i do and say is: Build first, talk later.
those that talk hardly ever get the final product right, or back up their previous claims.
Prove us all wrong if you finally get the project compleated, then we have nothing to say apart form congratulations.

The 'specs' you've given are hardly really specs:
nice BOV
new diff
nice big injectors
I'd also ask how old are you again? Like he said build first, talk later.

Here's what it's cost/costing me....
Should make around 375fwkw....
$1600 forgies
$800 turbos
$1000 RB25DE
$400 welding
$1600 Autronic
$80 timing belt
$400 fuel pump
$1500 machine work/crank,rods strengthing
$350 injectors
$500 misc
$280 VRS kit
$100 IC, water to air, D.I.Y hopefully
Total about $8600
Then there's this to get the power to the ground!
$1400 r33 gts gear box
$600 clutch
$700 diff +$500 engineer cert.
$1000 330mm 4pot brakes
Another $4200....
And this is nearly all s/h parts doing everything myself on the cheap and with mates rates 8O
If u can get a fully package for $9000, thats bloody good value! no wonder ppl don't beleave you... Good luck with it all, don't forget to let us know/see some results

all the specs sound good in writting and it seem cool to have a mate getting you stuff at cost but the bits you have listed dont have a great deal of mark up, like turbo's, intercooler, computer, as for the head and box and everything cost price means nothing, second hand parts are second hand parts, you pay whatever you have to, i think that you'll be looking at at least 3 maybe 4 grand just for the head and manifold, the box will probab;l be another 3, all i can say is good luc to you, i konow hats its like to look at a quick overview and work out how much it will be, trust me, been there done that, you'll blow that budject way out of the water, i did and i have a lot of contact too!!!

as i said my mate works at a performance engine workshop, he is charging me what his company gets charged for the prducts so there is no mark up, if there was there would be no way i would be able to afford this car...
its still in finacial upbringing

Wat mark up ur talking about second hand parts here, u can pick em up cheaper off someone selling em privately then if they were at a wreckers.
I would love to see the price of a new rb26 head from nissian even with supposely no mark up.
