Little bugger got me goin.
What actually has to happen for a user to be banned?
Do people think it happens often or not often enough?
I would like to see what everyone else thinks.
Kingy
we should have a voting system.... obviously if a moderator thinks they should be banned they should go straight away, but "official members" should be able to vote if they want someone banned... it could be in the members section to keep it private...
then he gets to have a say and make a plee not to be banned in the members section....
Why? you planning on pissing someone off?? :P
Most "official members" are quit sane on here, we actual try to help each other out, it's the idiots who jump on just to annoy people, that will be getting banned.
yeah, a vote if someone is being an absolute dumbass all the time.....i know there are a few people(inc me) that muck around a fair bit spamming some threads, but not in forsale section......even though us spammers are guilty, we mainly all contribute after the fun stops.....its just the losers that disagree for the hell of it when they dont really know their crap....Ive thought i was right on a couple of occasions, but took it on the chin when proven wrong....some users dont do this..a vote could work, but the three warnings bizzo should be in place before a vote comes into it......maybe even a suspension for the knobs as a last step before being banned, unless ofcourse the user blatently defies the rules every time online.....IE> racist remarks aimed at a particular person or death threats should be treated severely straight up, with a vote straight away....
Ps dont vote me out for my opinion here...lol...

Why aren't they??? Several Moderators regularly join in the discussions about those very topics and seem to even encourage street racing and criticism of the Police.
Beacause the threads like this are usually in the members section and when they get out of hand they DO get scrapped.... none of us hear actively encourage street racing, but that doesn't mean that we shouldn't be able to talk about it, especially in the members section, which isn't viewable to the average joe-bloggs that comes onto the site.

I have to admitt that i screw around a bit, but mainly in the members section, where it's all fun. We aren't hurting anyone there....
