Yeah, I had he same problem. Turned out to be blocked injectors.
B.T.W. Don't get an onboard injector clean, they don't last for very long, get the injectors rebuilt.

I had a similar problem to yourself. I took my car to the mechanic and was dreading the worst (afm, cas or some other sensor) the culprit was a loose hose. I have highlight the hose on the attached pic. Seemingly it had worn thin and was slipping off the engine. They replace the hose and glued the fittings tight with sealant. The car runs like great now, idles perfect, and doesnt drink all my fuel

I've also just found the culprit of a similar problem on my car.
The timing belt on my car was the original (180kms) one, which had stretched slightly, and was wearing thin in a few spots.
The bearing in the idler pulley was also stuffed, and this combined with the worn belt was giving a variation of around +/- 10'ish degrees at idle!
Replaced the pulley & belt and I now have a nice steady idle....
Might be worth getting a timing light on it and check the timing isnt jumping around at idle.
