05-04-03, 13:21 GMT+10#24 hey vl commy how big were the speakers that were in the door before the pods were done? how did you fit them there without cutting the metal in the door? i want to put some 6"s in my door but there is no hole where you have yours origionally (which is where i want mine). i think the magnet may be too big to fit them without spacers. how did you do it without spacers?

05-04-03, 19:54 GMT+10#25 Um well basically i did cut the metal in the door . And the previous coax speaker b4 i got the splits just fitted in and didnt hit the window. The new splits wouls neva fit without my pods and i think u should go for pods anyway cuz u can then mount the speakers more solidly which in turn makes them sound better. All speakers that i've had in my doors have been 6.5"
