yeah rims can wait for now... the tyres aren't too bad so i wanna wait for them to go to **** before i put 18's on it... they're just 15" Auscar Concept Shadows for now.

hahaha yeah all in good time... now i'm keepin it i may as well clean it up. Its goin to Brady's Body Works on Thursday to get quoted on the bumper, take out some small car park dints, touch up the small scratches, professional deep cut and pollish and then also a quote to go Calais 2 Tone. The rims i'm looking at are these things... Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Yeah i spose you're right... Autobarn quoted me $250 for the box then like $80 an hour after that to design/build it. and i would have asked for a similar thing anyway, was much more satisfying to build it myself.

what i'm interested in knowing is how a " professional deep cut and polish" is going to get rid of the scratches which inhabit every panel on your car... ? can someone define a cut and polish because maybe i don't know what it really is... dude to get that car clean, free of dints and in good paint order you're gonna be lookin at $2k at least i rekon also, forget the calais 2 tone idea, why not be really cool and paint the car in V8 supercar style... that way you can get that cool supercar kit... i reackon the Big Kev team would look a treat on the ol' lexcen :mrgreen:

I'm picturing all the suggestions and its getting really embarrasing thinking about them in real life. A VS V6 Lexcen with Calais two tone, V8 Supercar spoilers and exhaust out the side, Big Kev decals all over it, Huge Lexcen sticker in that glittery silver that changes colour in the sun across the top of the screen, Kicker decals on the back window with sequentially lit arrows pointing down to the boot, white dash, white front bar, loads and loads of undercar neons rotating around in circles but changing direction every ten seconds and maybe a perspex bootlid to showoff the white boot lining and amp 24/7.
