Well, what do you guys reckon? Date: Sunday 01st June 2003 Meeting: 10am at Olympic Park Homebush Destination: Blue Mountains From information derived from my friends, they say to drive all the way to lithgow passing thru glenbrook and katoomba. on the way, we'll select a good lookout and park it there for a while, and then get something to eat. All southern ppl can meet at rockdale bicentennial park and drive together to homebush for main meeting

i put up the cruise details as a new topic so people can click and see the first post, and not have to scroll thru ten pages etc i also chose jun 01st as the week after is double demerits, no one wanted that a few people chose that, including myself (selfish reasons ) altered the time to start @ 10am, it'll give us a bit more sleep after a sat night out I chose blue mtns bcoz everyone was favouring it, although sugestions were made for palm beach too it was one of our original destns for cruise#1 anyone experienced with the blue mtn run? it looks fairly simple from that map, so finding our way won't be very difficult i think. but what about any fabulous lookouts we can stop at, any suggestions are welcome. so this will be our comeback cruise for that horrible day last friday, hope you like it if anyone has any more to add they may by doing so in the topic or just posting them here. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

yer im pretty familiar with the blue mountains, considering my family use to drive up there to our farm for 27yrs every second weekend, so yer i now that place pretty good. Mt Victoria is a good spot to stop and look over pretty much half of australia. we could drive to lithgow via katomba and mt victoria and we could come back to reality via Richmond  very scenic roads but its just a thought
