Yeh it was very basic. I was going to use it how ever. but network support in dos was way too slow! I'm planning on using a network to upload songs, and manage playlists etc. I just need a really long network cable now and a spare 10/100 card Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

how long do you need the cable to be? You would need a crossover cable too wouldnt you? (if going from computer to computer). Hey where are you located? I can make cables....

jaxond24: Thanks for the offer, i may take you up on that when i get it all sorted and installed in the car It would have to be probably 20m..i havn't measured though just yet. And i have a 10/100 switch, so just a normal striaght through cat 5 cable is needed. on another note..this is an awsome installation of a computer in a car. you can't say this doesn't look swarve! Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
