Well.. got to aspley at 9:20 - cops inspecting all the cars in there - one of them waved his magic wand at me and wanted to look at my car :x pulled up and was asked to pop the bonnet - while i was doing this another vl owner was slamming his bonnet down with a defect in his hand (wonder what he got done for). Coppa looked over the engine up and down the intake piping (prolly looking for a BOV) and wondering where the turbo or v8 was - it all looks stock as a rock under the bonnet. checked the tyres (spent a good minute on each tyre inspecting them), made sure the car was rego'd, and then told me that my rear tyres were getting a bit low on tread, but nothing they could book me for and let me go... Anyone going in or out got pulled up for an inspection... no wonder it was dead there, and that i couldnt find anyone.. lol..

LOOSE ****ING BATTERY, and the fact that i hit the copper in the leg when i got outta the car i acidentally slammed the piggies leg with my door didn't help. that car has been in the family since 1992, and i didn't think it would have a problem at all!

Yeah sorry last night sucked the big one. I gave up a night with the missus and her son to come out and it was crap. The city was just dead... there was nobody out at all. I did however manage to cop a dad and his son with a video camera in their Mitsubishi 3000GT that kept wanting to have a go. Even Ipswich was dead last night, which is a good thing because personally ipswich any time scares me, let alone at night.

jeff that is actually one of the most common and importantly checked things in the engine bay. coppas will or should look at the batt first if they ever pop ur bonnet.
