that blue rx7 is owned by a guy called Lee and it is 100% NOT street legal as earlier mentioned. It simply has registered plates on it. We he drives it on the road he pays $12.50 for a 'driving permit' which lasts 48 hours. He gets pulled over by the cops and shows them the permit and says it's a 'customers' car and that he works for Cypher Industries and is transfering it to the workshop.

Was the Grange black? If it is it's probably the one on NOS. It has a Chris Mills sticker on the front window.
