If ya dont already know, GTR-700 has run a 8.96 without the geforce gearbox and therefore not running full potential.

NOS, cheaters way of getting extra HP. What has it run without NOS ?? I'm sure it will still be quick, and by all means great run.

Dont quote me on this but i beleive its best time without NOS is only mid/low 10s without the aid of NOS and boost starts to build at around 6000rpm. ive read somewhere the owner said it would fry the trans if he tried to get it up on boost without the aid of NOS as it just wont do it without it. For those who wish to know 3080lbs is around 1350kg. i thought thats what they weighed standard without stripped interiors/lighter seats.etc. And a FULL chromoly cage would only weigh the same weight as a bucket seat,there not very heavy at all. What intrigues me most though with this car is it just keeps making more and more power and going faster and faster on what they claim is the same boost level. Also why would you need a 100hp hit of NOS to just spin up a turbo.Bens VL only used a small 30hp shot and his spun up straight away and ran quicker times than this car. While its sounds like im bagging this car im not, im just stating the claims what have got me baffled about it, there's no taking anything away from this car as its a fantastic effort all the same i just thought id throw my .02c worth in. Whens it racing next PVL-747 and is it going to be trying to take the fastest skyline title back to QLD again.

like I said cheaters use NOS. If you want a turbo 6, put up with the turbo lag off the line. Thats life. Make your time up at the top end of the track .. and if you don't like it by a V8 Low 10's however is a awsome time without NOS.

Bretts car ran a 10.06 using a racematic with no first gear and no Nitrous at the jamboree. Boost have risen .6 bar which resulted in him from running a 9.81 @ 144mph to 9.46 @ 150mph. Without a doubt it would run low 9's using no Nitrous and 2.5 bar boost but why stress the motor and gearbox more when you can run 1.6 bar boost and a 100hp shot of Nitrous?! Some people have no idea! When you own a car that is making this much HP and you want to race it as much as possible you must take care of it. VL CALAIS LE TURBO, i can't believe i'm going to waste my breath here BUT who the **** are you?! Are you some sort of a dictator?? Who is the quickest street 6 cylinder in Australia?? TRY09! Now anyone is allowed to run Nitrous, if they don't then it's their loss!! At the end of the day all that matters is that who is the quickest! What you have to remember Brett is not in competition with Marios, Mick is the one who will be having a crack bettering Mario's time which is also a Full Race Car!

well sub-zero have made there mark on the drag racing scene proving themselves yet again...its good to see cars are getting quicker and competiton stiffer...hope to see your car run great numbers too pvl-747...later

OMY-11S, and good competition it is! it's what makes everyone want to go faster and harder!! as you know! I'm hoping it runs some good numbers, i would be happy with going top 3 VL outright. And i know where you want to go! I reckon they need to change the Fullboost records in the 6 cylinders to Race 6 and Street 6 only. Like the other classes. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

i know you know where i wanna go you know ...hahaha...its just if it wasnt for the comments on it about being a rb26 gtr engine i could have moved on now im just gonna have to do it in a rb30 and keep them quiet..im really a nice guy just a lil misunderstood....lol

PVL747 - are you going to be using NOS?

Mick will have a drive every now and then but Brett does most of the driving. Yes that was 40RCD (which is now TRY09) another mates car, he lost a leg in a motorbike accident. Yes i will be using Nitrious.

sorry to hear about your mate losing his leg..my mate just bought a ducati 996 and he doesnt even have a licence..the scary thing is he keeps the front wheel up 200 metres down the road..thank god the boys in blue caught up to him,otherwise his soccer career could of been shattered because of a motor bike accident

OMY-11S, a very good mate of mine died on August 26th 02', he was riding a 900 Honda Fireblade or whatever they are called, i choose not to ride a motorbike now. The sad part is he wasn't some ****head like me when you get me on a bike, jetski, car etc.... just at the wrong place at the wrong time. RIP Nath! Glad he's off the bike OMY-11S!!!
