If anyone wants me to prove it to you, your welcome (so long as my brother will lend me the car, its his now) like I said it was screaming at 120 but it did it, as far as I know it was the standard diff and trans, it has a different motor and trany in there now same diff, but I dont doubt that it would still do it again. I was only trying to see how fast it would go in 1st, now Im wondering if it may have a V8 diff center in it (3.08 I think they are), the back of the diff says 3.45 still, but its posible that someone has changed it the centre. If you dont believe me PM me and I will see if I can organise you a spin in it, Im in the East of Melb PS Yes it was with standard size tyres on it

seeing as nobody mentioned different diff gears etc.... I will give you $100 cash if you can prove that you did 120km/h in first gear in an auto non turbo VL...with factory 3.45 gears. Sorry mate but it's impossible... I'm not gonna reply again coz it's a waste of time... My auto changes into third redlining at 124km/h... so if you did have normal gear for an n/a auto then you're dreaming, or you didn't know what gear you were in (SECOND) catch ya !! Sorry mate, but I obvisly didn't realise that it didn't have 3.45 gears in it, I asumed that all N/A VL Auto's could do at least 100 in first. When you put your foot flat to the floor, when your in drive (D), it doesn't even change to second automaticly till you reach 80-83kph I think I know what gear it was in and im positive it wasn't second caus it does 160 in second. If you dont belive me come see for yourself

I take mine up to 300 in first I prefer to change manually in the auto quite a bit (even driving round town) the stupid thing never knows what gear its in  It's kinda fun when you're doing 50 or so to rip it back to first manually... feels really fast then **Still wants a turbo** Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
