I will be buying a server pretty soon most likely, so we may even move everything to that to save money, and we will also have full control of the site. - ex

At the moment we're going through about 5-6gb of bandwidth per month, which isn't really that much (and we have gzip compression on which helps tons even though it adds to the server load a bit)... it'd be about $10 a month to make up for the extra from the host. -- we've been cutting back a few things lately, so we'll see what happens... Yeah, and ditto, sin if you need help with the ct.com site give us a yell, can basically arrange whatever you want can't wait for it to be released! Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I agree with what JetCalais said 100% about saving money from the knowledge we gain on here... When i joined up i didnt even know the difference between a FORD and a holden.. So i think the site has been pretty helpfull to myself and others, considering most of the stuff i now know about cars, is from off here!! Im happy to do or give anything to help out the site...

yeah, where else can you go at any time when you have a problem you cant work out without having to pay someone $45 an hour to work it out!. There aern't too many mechanics you could walk up to and have them tell you what the problem is and how to fix it. We have hundreds of members who own/have owned a VL of some description at some stage. There is more knowledge on this site than some mechanics would have on VL's. Anyway i would be happy to pay a small fee to be able to acess this knowledge at any time and i aint no computer wizz but would be happy to help with the site in any way i could.
