29-07-02, 12:21 GMT+10#21 Yes its on the radiator....couple of inches down from the cap if I remember correctly. May be wrong about the exact location of it but it is definately located on the right hand side of the radiator when standing in front of the car.
Regards,
Damian.

none at all
as far a I know their are 2 calais dashs, one with grids (no lights under clock) and one with dots (with low fuel & low coolant lights)
my car was made late 86 and it has the better one, also has black door handles like s2 so guess it might be pot luck with which dash you get.

30-07-02, 17:25 GMT+10#23 I have a s1 calais and also have the low coolant light stuck on every now and again. It seems to be a faulty electrical connection on the temperature sensor which is connected to the radiator. Its temperamental and only happens when the sensor is knocked etc. Just move the wire around to fix it, other wise you may need to replace the sensor?

the one with the grids is the berlina dash. The calais had the grey dots.
