Man I feel sorry for all you Vic. car enthusiasts. Sounds like you all get reemed without KY. OUCH!!! I love QLD more and more everyday after reading these style posts. I know its a little bit expensive but you should all just get a stocko VLT engine and swap it every time you get an EPA notice. Probably be cheaper in the long run. My 2c. Good luck to all who are about to be tested. Hope you all pass.

wow, pretty old thread! what about imports? can they shaft them as much as they do the VLs? Really, the EPA are the worst to deal with when it comes to cars. Cops can give you roadworthy drama, but the EPA just rape you so hard, it makes you bleed. Sorta makes you want to give up on modified street cars, or convert to straight gas! lol, man my dream, straight gas=no EPA = no headaches, but somewhat less performance, though a straight as VL has run 12s before.

Any car that's more than 10 years old will probably blow emmissions, all that old pollution gear would be doing jack after 10 years.
