Quote: I bought a vl to make a car that i express my self in. Not one to worry about costs and resales. I thought we had personalities to do that??? Sounds like your car might be a candidate for ricecop.com with that rice excuse. Let me guess: BOV, Monster tacho, racing pedals, intercooler, even the seat wound right back and down......very individual? And you've got so much money that you don't worry about costs and resales? Really interesting logic you put forward. Try reading 2invl's reply, he's switched on

No. Actually my car is an RB30DE (Calais). Yes atmo twin cammer. (not very common where I come from) No turbo, no intercooler, no monster tacho ( as I don't want to cut holes in my dash) standard calais wheels polished - have ordered some FR17s though and the aero kit is soon to go on. Money, haha since the twin cam conversion I've been broke as! My car sits in the shed doing stuff all atm. Its that I don't care about money I see more to life than money and thinking about "oo I hope I can some money back on this car - I better not change anything it'll be a waste of money" Face it man my car is the most expensive thing I own and it means a lot to me. Its my dream car so I should be able to make it exactly the way I want it. I think you should stop making assumptions of people you know nothing about. This forum was to help people out not to sling crap and abuse at people - so back off... please.

from aus880 Quote: The reason people put body kits on them, paint them in pearl colours ect. is because they don't realise what they are doing and because the VLT offers bulk performance when boosted etc. Young guys expressing themselves with wild paint jobs and noisy fast cars. you just said that people modify cars to express themselves, Quote: I thought we had personalities to do that??? (expressing yourself) Sounds like your car might be a candidate for ricecop.com with that rice excuse. so dont go and ****ing critise sir calais for saying that he modified his car to express himself. actually, just shut your mouth and dont critisise anyone at all. and why exactly would 2invl (no offence) be switched on? because he shares the same opinion as you? you piss me off with your attitude, if you think that people mod their cars because they dont know what theyre doing, ruining our vl's ect. and you'd prefer to have a stock vl, its fine by me, sir calais and everyone else here, (actually i just dont give a **** what you think) but dont go and critisise sir calais for having a different view. thats just being a ****wit, any knob can come on a msgboard and critise someone.. get the **** off your high horse. (yes im a hypocrite.. a pissed off hypocrite)
