super chargers arent constant boost, although they can be a positive displacement 'charger, which means that they are always running boost and never vaccuum, some how ever run both in vaccuum and boost pressures, they work very similar to a turbo as far as ecu is concerned only they use belts instead of exhaust gasses to spin the turbine

that is tru... different RPM = different boost.. so the turbo ecu should give me better performance as oppsosed to stock ecu and injectors now

The NA setup will sense the extra air up to a certain point, but with 6psi, the injectors would have to be close to/if not 100% duty cycle. Especially if you dont have a rising rate regulator. The turbo ECU and injector setup will certainly be more suited to the motor with supercharger. As HSVSUX said it uses the AFM as the main load sensor, so it will add the correct amount of fuel accordingly. Although if it is an NA motor, the Ignition maps wont be 100% optimal due to the higher compression of the NA bottom end 9.0:1 (as opposed to the turbo's 7.8:1) Maybe retard the base timing back a few degrees, to offset the higher compression ratio, than you should be relatively safe.
