They're running Operation Aegis again (from yesterday until Monday 12pm) which is a TMU focused operation targeting vehicle safety. Every TMU vehicle is under strict instruction to focus on vehicle safety checks across this period. You've been warned!

So I've heard but still, if your not doing anything wrong or your car is up to scratch it shouldn't be a problem. Anyone heading out tonite in the west/north west area?

Do they just mention it on the radio or something or is there other places lol?

I find out through people I know who are in the business They are however publicised through regular media, you just need to be reading the right paper at the right time or listening to the right radio station. 3AW (yeah it's AM, haha) provides lots of police media coverage.
