21-07-10, 13:53 GMT+10#442 Hi there, got a few questions,
Will one of your plenums clear the VS booster/VT master cyl on my VL (N/A RB30E +T)? (I'll try and measure the VS booster when I get a chance and compare it to the size of the old one - from memory I think the VS booster is smaller so fitting one of your plenums shouldn't be a prob)
Also will it clear an aftermarket billet fuel rail (it's one made for O-ring type injectors -Siemens ones if that helps you determine how far they stick out)
When it comes to the TB, would you need me to give you a template of the one I would intend to use, or do you have access to that sort of stuff yourself?
And do they clear the factory powersteering reservoir?
The piping kits, do you make them in a range of diameters? do you 'bead' the ends (or whatever they call it - to stop the silicon joiners slipping off)?
The pipe from the TB down to the intercooler, does that pretty much drop straight down between the radiator and the chassis rail? Are you able to make it so that it goes thru the side of the guard (so it's 'mirrored' to the passenger side pipe if you get what i mean)?
I'm really keen on getting some stuff off you sometime when money allows (most likely next year :p), ie plenum, piping, radiator cover, catch can for battery tray... :), so I'll probably have more questions to ask sometime.
cheers
Sam

05-10-10, 18:58 GMT+10#460 have fitted, i use a standard plenum, do you make a bracket for the accelerator pedal and cruze control cable.... if not no worries, really nice fit too.
if you can make a bracket to suit the holes where the the cables sit in needs to be 4cm higher than that where the bottom of the grove sits for the cables.
