i might take it back to ed. but he may be cut he didnt get that extra $150 from me for sending it to microtech. i payed $150 to get it unlocked and he was going to charge me $300 to send it. he also couldnt tell me if the tune would still be there. so there was another possible $1000 for a full tune.
spotted my wheels arriving today. fitted them to CT87VL for the time being... probably wont fit on PNK747 lol. springs in tomorrow. brakes on friday. still need a silver front bar and support. i can get a new one but itll need spraying which im trying to avoid.
thats why i sent it away myself cause i can almost garantee to wouldve come back blank and saved $150 in doing so.

how much should it cost for a full tune from scratch?
i know they charge $120-130/hr. never heard anything bad about his tuning thats why ive been there. he knows his ****. the only thing is the price. but you pay for quality...
Yes you do pay for quality. The most important thing is that your confident in your tuner. Alot of it comes down to how much importance you put in part throttle tuning etc etc. The driveabilty of the car basically thats what takes the time. Any numnut with half a brain can do a WOT tune.
went past ESP and for a full tune was anywhere between $450-$900. saw your VL ryan sitting on the hoist and a nice light blue metalicish VLT sitting on the dyno. ACT plates, never seen it before.
didnt see you. was same place same time today too.
