Beautiful vl you have produced man. simple, effective and sounds nice. Hows the Exedy HD holding? up any slipping? Im changing my mx7 10" fly, starter and s/plate to 9.5" and am currently looking at an Exedy HD unit. Do you know if its a standard Exedy HD (nsk7056HD) with 850 kg clamp force or "HHD" (nsk7056HHD) with 1,250 kg? Cheers Dusty

Thanks for the kind words. The clutch was holding 233rwkw but I dont think ill put any more power through it. Ill be upgrading to a jim berry clutch and a r33 box. Ill try find a part number on the exeddy clutch

I went an Xtreme brand "Extra heavy duty" unit P/N # KNI24001-1AX H/D organic plate with a "Claimed" 1,100-1,300 kg suffix Price was $470 free postage of ebay saving me the $60 odd in postage Clutches sales spiels are so dodgy. Part number are the way to go... i hope. cheers Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I have a stock set up atm, but it should hold 200-220 with zero dramas on an 9.5" fly based on the research i did.. But beside clutch make and model, quality is very hard to distinguish due to mistreatment. I just went heavy clamp load as a button clutch is over kill and is really not meant for street use, sure it will work and a cushion button its like bonds pink under were for men. Any thing over 250kw and your looking at Jim Berry for quality bang for buck. I wouldn't trust an after market clutch (cost the same as J/B) to last a longer distance than i could throw it at that power.

Awesome man cant believe the size of the throttle body haha. I just finished cutting, grinding and drilling my battery tray out. Tray was easy but cutting the power steering bracket without cutting anything else in the process was a learning curve as if learnt that a power steering hose vs cutting disk powers; steering hose wins! Tray area looks like its been beaten and shot so I'm going a thin plate and some sealer then paint using the random factory bolts to hold it in place.. Thanks for the inspiration.

well change of plans decided with how the car scene is so stuffed now to go back to a mild setup and just enjoy cruising without the horrible feeling of getting defected and epa'd Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
