So you are asking how a change in runner length will make more or less torque? How did you measure cylinder filling? There are plenty of diy'ers who give it a crack, and good them, that's how we all start, but as a product to sell and market, that's a different story. Feel free to post up some photos of manifolds for everyone to see. From my point do view, it always interesting to see what people fabricate, the quality and the results they do or don't get based on different theories.....there is always something new to learn

Maybe I should re-write it..... How did YOU measure cylinder filling and what were the results?

The actual device was called Morrison indicator. Although I don't believe it would directly measure cylinder filling but just add value that one could calculate further statisics from. sorry, no results... this was done a long while back. By the way ... read page 194 of the "scientific design of ex and intake systems" chapter 10 has info on cylinder filling. it is an ancient book but still has some basics of value in it. (third edition to date I think)
