got heaps more done today; made up a new bracket for the brake booster and mounted the sard fuel pressure reg to it, finished hiding all the engine bay wiring, found the fittings i have for my 044 so thats going on next time im home aswell, also got my rocker covers back from getting -10 fittings welded to it and got my 3" high flow cat back from getting flanges welded on it so i can bin the pos 2.5" gutted cat. adjustable timing gears rocked up thismorning but i orded ones for a rb20,25de or 26 so they dont have the provisions for vct - im not worried though, im just going to use the exhaust pully and keep the standard vct intake pully untill i go after market cams.....i also managed to snap my exhaust cam in half bolting it up - rookie mistake i know il post pics when iv re painted my rocker covers, got cams in and finished my braided catch can lines as that is the engine bay finaly done!! just got to finish putting the interior back together, fit the 044 and put the bumpers back on and get a tune. cheers

braided lines made up, exhaust cam in with new timing gear, 3" cat in, tidied up a heap of ****. need to find a s1 cas now to suit the exhaust cam ( was previously an s2 cam), fit the 044 and put the interior back together and it can get tuned which isnt happening till mid january now but atleast it gives me time to get everything perfect on it
