DONT SELL IT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!!! I sold my maranello red over silver s2 calais with beige interior because I thought it would make me start saving for a house. WRONG. I ended up buying another vl anyway with even bigger plans for it...but I'll always remember my first vl Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Weird usually its the other way round! GOOD GIRL! haha hi mate, we've met but i have forgotten your name, something like jason? that day up in the hills with revenu skating through the bends ahead of us. I had a vlc. same thing started as a n/a, never got to turbo. I loved it and in a way wish i hadn't sold. it wasn't perfect but 3 years in melbourne took its toll. a few smack here and there repaired, heaps of parking dints.... and then one day my life just fell apart. i was sharehousing and the 2 girls i was with decided i should leave because 1 was too lazy to find a joint and the other wanted her b/f to move in. pressure was on in my life in general and i was working 2-3 jobs and studying full time. my car was my escape. some woman came through a stop sign and i couldn't avoid her. it was a minor incident, but she held off making a report to her insurance co. my g/f at the time saw a side i'm not proud of when i blasted the woman who hit me. for a long time i was very keen on the idea of brake fluiding her car... especially when she reported me to the po' and told her insurance co i rear ended her (it was a headlight to headlight contact) anyway at the end of it all, i lost my sharehouse, failed a subject at uni and lost a very good girl. it wasn't all the car but the car was my escape from everything else going on. and when it was smashed and nothing was happening i just lost track of myself. but here i am. i decided that using my passion as my daily was too much input. i ended up with a new vy and a vlt wagon and sold the vlc. i think it was wrapped around a pole somewhere in sydney from what i've heard. stick in there. maybe grabbing a nice genuine car and a daily is the way to go. you will regret selling the vlc but these things happen. most guys i know who drove them daily back when they were on p's have seperate dailys now. ---------- Post added 07-10-11 at 22:08 ---------- Quote: Originally Posted by Andy-30L [View Post] and trust me, when u sell up and dont own one for a while, when u see someone drive past in a nice one, u will get the sh!ts u sold it. The laws being passed through is what turns me off VLT's . Too scared to drive the thing in fear of having the book thrown at me for things done to it. Just not worth the hassle at some points in life. It just sits there now and comes out once a blue moon at mid night and wakes the hood up! Wish it was back in the day when a cage and aftermarket computer didnt make you a murderer. The good thing is its always there ready to go.

I always find my self getting sick of mine.. But I'd say because it's a daily. Keep doing all these mods but I really think the next step is to get a BA or something I can just forget about and drive. Leave the vl for when I want to drive it
