04-08-11, 13:25 GMT+10#41 all i think is you do the following
pick a glide, or pick 3 other boxes tell everyone how great they are and then 6 months down the track eat your own words and goto a glide because all you do is smash the **** out of 3-4k boxes
T400 is probably the only other comparable box within most peoples budget

$2,500 including taxes, transport and insurance? Extremely cheap considering the power figure.

15-01-12, 16:16 GMT+10#59 does everybody modify the bellhousing to suit rb30 or get a adapor kit from castlemain rod shop or something?

15-01-12, 16:29 GMT+10#60 normally you have to machine down the v8 case or use a 6 cylinder case. then use an adapter plate that bolts to the pump and then bolt a jatco bellhousing on to it.
i can surply the adapter plate kits (bolts included) for $350 if any one was interested.
If using a chev case, its very important that the case must be machined down enough to clear the outer lip of the adapter plate.
