19-12-10, 10:29 GMT+10#58 the dose is what got their attension.they went over every thing, had it jacked up and all sorts for ages,in the end he just really had to pick on something, the lowering was just over 5mm out,5mm is the max.was pretty pissed off as he wouldnt let me put on level ground and measure it properly.
so have to get recerted, new wof.
so they will pick on everything again id say, cant be assed going through that so meh

19-12-10, 11:03 GMT+10#60 Does it have to be recerted as well as a new wof?
With the rear spring seats, there's normally one on the bottom and one on the top of each spring, if you put both back in then it should raise it up more than 5mm so you'd be within the limit of your cert.
With the fronts if there's already spring seats in them just pack the spring up underneath with some rubber hose cut in half (as if you were making the springs captive) or even get a 5mm thick steel/alloy plate and sit that under the spring seat, then it should definitely raise it up that much.
Just a quick fix for now and i'm sure a good suspension place will do it for ya for next to nothing as it shouldnt take them long.
Just don't sell it!
