how fast would you estimate you were roughly going when the crash occured julz it sounds like it would have been pretty damn fast for it to unrepairable.

the cross member looks like a fat chick, the rail is kinked big time, every panel is hammared, roof looks caved in as the rear window poped out, everything is repairable but i cant justify 20k to get it back to where it was.. all 4 wheels are buckled..
i dont really think i was going all that fast.. i think i may have hit the wall at around 120 - 150km/h maybe a bit less.. mb a bit more... i gotta see the vid properly, the car hit the wall at that speed but the tyres would have been turning at around 240km/h as i was chalking 4th gear as the car went

yeah mate dont stress can happen to any type of car even pro cars crash when pushing boundaries.
imagine if you had purchased or built some super expensive chassis car from the states or something and this was to happen it would be 50-100k down the gurgler.
seems all the really big power small tyre cars are seeming to have reached or reaching there traction limits and now its becoming who with the biggest balls will keep into it till the end type of scenario. first joe from pacs vl now julz whos next.
goodluck regardless julz.

goodluck regardless julz.
Joe's accident had something to do with the deployment of the chute, not as above.
Wish you all the best Julian, hope to see you and your wheel standing antics once again in the future. Will always remain an iconic car.

that car really did pull out some memorable wheelies!! **** i enjoyed every bit of racing at jambo 2008, the match up between my car and VLGOD then the wheelies then popping the engine and nearly tipping the car over!
what a race meeting!

just before that race at jambo 08 was the best atmosphere.. would have sucked if you had both taken each other out but it was awesome
