Well I dont know if your trying to be smart or not, so I'll give u the benefit of the doubt. The guys make cams.. they dont tune cars.. so in all respect what would they know about this question.
The 1147c cam works on a standard computer fine, it idles and makes quite a lot of low down torque with one actually, however the vl i know that uses one on a standard computer didnt make much power past 5500rpm which is relatively low for a rb30 but thats not to say its a cam specific problem this car was making arond 450rwhp at the time with that computer and cam combo aswell.
Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
Sorry if this is off topic but the cam in my 355 is a wade, my previous research and wade themselves thought going smaller on the exhaust was the best option in my case, now their own reasoning was because thats what they did with the rb30 cams. Now the specs you guys are giving state even duration on both in and ex. Is this normally the case? or the exception to the rule?
tx2 cam has an LSA OF 117 COMPARED TO wade 1147c cam 110
which cam would be more lumpier on idle? I think the lower the LSA the lumpier it gets? or is it the other way around?
thanks
