So can someone who went to the show explain how judging was done. How does a VH with a pretty much standard but clean bay, beat the bay of STOWLN which is immaculate and completely smoothed.

WLD-BT1 were u at the show lol? , should of come said hello u banana lol MAD6L - stowln won something off memory i cant remember though, im sure michael(inflyt_melb) based the judging fairly and evenly , because there was one or two cars there i thought would of taken out every award

MAD6L, to answer your question, thats easy, look at STOWLNs bay, due it being raced, it had cracks from the smoothing work, and so did the other cars which have been raced, this happens to due twisting on launch. This is a normal occurance, my interceptor, has the same issues, and the car is a Credit to stef, who is a gentleman, and a great sport. did you not know the STOWLN took out BEST HOLDEN, a prize worth more than just Best Bay? The Judge that went around, has been in the trade for many years, and we've worked such a system, to keep things as even as possible. Perhaps, YOU can judge for me next year, and put up with peoples judgement of YOUR results, and see how you like beeng scruntinized.

Was a good day still getting over the sunburn lol ... I think the judging was based on spreading it evenly so everyone gets a shot at winning something which is fair enuf. Considering the car lifts the tyre up in the air at the track, ive witnessed one or 2 cracks that arnt really in ur face in my bay, so im happy with that lol....

Thats great, but the first part of your reply was all that was needed. I asked a very straight forward question. Precious much!

Yeah mine was sleeping as well lol. Nothing new with mine, wouldn't mind a set of FR18's or FR19's for a different look, getting sick of looking at it on ceptors lol. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Hi Stef, please dont think i was diss the car....we actually had a meeting inside, because you would've clean up quite well, and i had to sit with the judge, and try spread it out, to give a fair go, otherwise, you may as well have stood next to me at presentation, Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

the VH in question, was a VH SS Mock, with an injected 5ltr setup, brock trim, etc. it was done so well, it looks like a factory fit, which is what the judged looked at, with THAT particular car.......but like i said, the judge said to me "what do i do? STOWLN is a major player today??"
