If u want 2000hp start with a LSX block, some LS7 heads Lunati stroker kit and then some methanol and a big ass thumper turbo kit and some nitrous, that will guarentee you 2000hp and still be pretty unstable.
i wouldnt be using this car as the border line sure it has a bigger setup then any other vl but so what really

No discredit to them, its insane. But saying its knocking on the door of 2000hp @ crank is a big call. It's not going to lose 800hp turning the box and diff.

03-07-09, 22:29 GMT+10#59 Instead of just jumping to conclusions about this fella, which 90% of you have, and quite possibly hit the nail on the head, BUT...
4 bolt mains, cast rb block, add a billet steel girdle type of arrangement that follows the bottom of the block and sump and cradles the block by coming up the sides of the block, machine the sides of the block to accept this new piece of hardware and add a bolt to tie it in from the sides (same as LSx), yes i am well aware RB's use a single piece cap/girdle arrangment but the bottom is still the weakest link. I would not be entertaining the thought of a big stroker as you're going to need in excess of 9500rpm to achieve this sort of power. Yes 666hp per litre is more than achievable, back in the 80's BMW had a 1.5L turbo engine making 1200hp.
Yes i agree this man is talking ****, but discounting the idea is not to be done by those who do not engineer hp themselves.
