Thread Revival: Went to Lonsdale UPI today. Wow what a joke of a joint. The place is 1/8th the size it use to be. Nothing is in any form of order or anything. Quite disappointing i use to love the old UPI. Didnt stop me from spending almost 2 hours there today though lol. Heads up for you guys. If anyone's needs the following. Theres a brand new set of front rotors on a white VL A set of wagon roof racks and mint rear door gas struts. Red car. There was also a brand new Alternator on another VL. Also some sideskirts similar to the aero style. White VL Overall theres only about 6 VL's on the lot. But if you need a set of Venetians for a xf falcon wagon there's about 3 sets there lol.

there is a set of 6cyl manual vl pedals and 1inch master cylinder at the northern upulit if any ones keen. im sick of going every week and its the same stuff. any one been to southern lately im after vb-vl v8 clutch pedals i dont wana make a big trip out there for nothing

Anyone know who the tard is that has basically f*cked every dash in every VL at the northern yard ?!! Out of 16 or so cars most of the dash tops are out and sitting in the cars, along with all the other dash bits, but all are rooted, having been yanked out rather than use a simple screw driver once in a while. What on earth was this bloke trying to get at ? U-Pull-It should add a charge of $500 to the $50 worth of crap this guy bought to cover the lost sales he caused them by busting stuff. Bloody frustrating.

Went down to elizabethia today. Didn't think it was too bad , if your chasing interior stuff your pretty screwed tho, interiors have been raped and are filth. About 15 VLs down there, all autos i think. Few berlinas. Plenty of dizzys and afms still attached, a few complete motors, Some with LPG and one with extractors. Got what I was after.

Took it out today, not 100% that its original, its a hollandia. Not sure if im putting it in the calais or not but for the price, im not complaining! Also spotted a calais rim there too, about $33 for the rim price wise i reckon. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Hollandias are factory equipment I believe, my wagon has the hollandia glass roof in it, and it was factory (or done at HDT)

went tho the north yard today, there was a fresh VL there. It was kimberley bronze exec with sandalwood trim. all the trim in great nic and all in tact. It had a high rise console and sunnies holder, the engine bay was in pristine condition and everything bar the AFM and engine loom was still there. There was also a new wagon next to that which had silver 15x6" stockie with center caps and bald tyres, clean S2 blue exec trim. Thats all I noticed, I just grabbed what I needed and left.
