Now i know im stupid and all that **** but 700rwhp = 490rwkw? and maybe even 550rwkw if im not mistaken . If you honestly think you going to have any clutch last for a long time and going to be cheap then personally i think you smoking some serious ****. If you got a engine builder to build you that sort of motor regardless what sort of engine it is then he will have a pretty good idea what to put into the car. Unless you rallying/drifting then i would be putting a auto in the car.It will last longer then any manual thats for sure.

My single plate lasted about 400k's, probably because I'd never driven with a decent clutch and I cooked it trying to drive it around the streets. The twin plate is harder again, but twice the surface area, gotta create less heat. All I know is that it not fun putting a new clutch in every few weeks. Save the hassle, go auto!

Personally i like Manual i like to use the car on street strip and track so it sort of makes going auto a waste of time but still considering it. Currently i have a Quad plate clutch and its actually quite easy to drive but just cant seem to get it off the line this could be a combo of various things that need to be changed to suit. But just testing the water and seeing what people think? As i was recommended the full monty
