Changed the timing belt (was out about 5-6 teeth :S) all pulley belts and water pump today. Removed the air con pump aswell as it no longer worked. Installed a thermostat too. Had to get a new water neck (old one was rusty) and water pump pully thing today wrog the wrecks. Changing ALL the oil and filters tommrow, auto fluid + filter, diff fluid, power steering fluid, fuel filter. The block was CLEAN as where the water travels, and look at my ****ing lifters.... they look polished like even haha. Need a new rocket cover gasket too it seems, minor leak in the back. Should be done by tommorow night Didnt finish today, waited like 5 hours for a mate to get back form cranbourne to use his torque wrench to re adjust the tappets for the timing belt tensioner. Modded the airbox for the New CAI, and dummy fitted it today, looks shmick Then it got too dark to do the auto and everythign else. Hopefully we can get it done tomrmow once he finishes work Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

had it orginaly in it, but the leather was ****ed and so where the door trim rubbers, that seal the window so it was time to go, not to mentioned the vinal roof was spray painted with a can and the quater window panels where both snapped. Had a mate who had the carpet and roof for $50 and got the seats for $100, so why not. I got the old interior still if anyone wants it, back seat is in good condition but the front seats are pritty mangled. Borrowing my mates steam cleaner this weekend so interior should come up even better. GOT THE NEW JOB TODAY - only out of work for 4 days woooooo - let the project continue Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Pulled the engine back apart, there was a minor tick in the rocket cover. Thinking it may be the oil pump ****ting itself and not sending oil up, could even be the pressure relief valve, not too sure. Either way, re-coing the ****er
