went over last night with a few brewski's great turnout, maybe the biggest i've seen re cars. the entiore grassed area up the pack was even jammed full. i saw 3 blue meanies, 4 vl's all up (dvsgmh's old white bt1, a walkinshaw plates walkee and a vl hdt group a ss that was absolutely mint + mine of course.) there was a cdt turbo gemini, a supercharged buick gemini on sigs which was mental, heaps of everything chrome bumper inc about 5 hr/d's (1 panel van) point being come down next month!! i'll throw some photos up soon ---------- Post added 09-11-11 at 21:09 ---------- a bit of a photographic report of the evening. left work as quickly as possible, shot home and brang the vl out as it sat in the shed. $1 donation and i was in the gate + parked waiting for selo to arrive i snapped a few cars as they rolled through the gates. it was starting to get busy! that red hr in the background is a stunner and always there btw, must be a southern street machines member selo arrived and we went for a squiz we found a few cars on the way but this gemi with a supercharged 6cyl or is it turbo? was pretty goddam cool! there was a gorgeous restored brougham. powerglide + 308 2 hdt magnums (the last of the wb's... holden passed them to hdt to doll up and sell. pretty rare!) this datto 260 was cool. very jdm. had a ****y seat, some cool original dealership stickers eg 'car of the year' "datsun motorsport' etc. xhexk out the rego there was this awesome datto ute, it had an old esky and check the coke bottle opener!!! this pic makes the events look like summernats. heaps of sunshine + people around cool old 'rolla having seen everything i decided to grab some large scale photers to give everyone an idea of the event and then scloot home then as i was leaving these were rolling in! and this was parked up on the way out! so who's coming next month>??
