buy a minispool. not point going for power your car is never going to be genuinely quick, not for $1000 what you should be aiming for is to make the car more fun, spool + gears. buy a cheapie catback to make it sounds better. yes, people will hang sh*t on you for being like every other c*nt out there but they DO sound better with an aftermarket exhaust on em. spend the rest on tyres profit? edit - just realised it was a VS, maybe got look for a tight LSD rather than a spool

just do extractors, cold air induction with k&n panel filter and a power chip and if theres any money left get 10mm ignition leads, iridium spark plugs and MSD coil packs.

PRO-FLOW done a kit on a car and it had over 400000k's on 25psi made 300+kw's atw and lasted for bout 3-4 years on stock motor.

No you didn't, you said stock EcoTec. Mentioned nothing about the fuel system supporting mods. Wish I could read. You'll never get good advice about a V6 on this forum. Go to Bell Street Maccas on a Friday or Saturday, buy a McFlurry, and wait for the pros to show up. Then ask them how they get their pushrod washing machines spin drying so hard.
