Probably $2300 - $2700 depending on what you can do yourself and the prices available to you.

Where did you buy the pump and gears from? Edit: also how did you set it up with the standard pump? did you just gut it and leave it in place? where did you put your feed to?

Pump from rocket, gears from a place in the usa, gutted standard pump, blocked gallery to standard filter, -12 AN fitting where stock filter used to screw on.

Finally getting back around to tinkering with the red car and finishing the fuel system. Have booked a couple of buddies, a case of beer, some steak and a bbq for this weekend. Should have it up and running Saturday arvo. Family stuff, Xmas, dollars and a new race car purchase stalled things somewhat. Leigh from ETM made up a really nice surge tank setup for me and mounted the pumps etc. I'm bracing for the Speedflow bill (scary ****) but with Steve's Speed Shop and MSCN looking after me, it won't be as bad as it could have been. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Started plumbing up the surge tank, new rail, feed and return lines and other stuff today. It's not finished and the cable ties are only to hold things in place while we measured to get the right length of braid etc and won't be there when it's all done. All done with proper bulkheads in the boot and teflon braid so as to sto as much fuel smell as possible. Big thanks to Steve from Steve's Speed Shop and BezerkR32 for their assistance. Here's the shots of the two new -8AN lines run to the front and the tidied up boot setup. A lot less cable ties (there are almost none now) and looks a lot neater. O-rings in the Indy injectors were too big for the intake. New o-rings and wiring to go. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Relays and fuses for the fuel pumps good to go. New Bosch injector clips done too. Just have to change o-rings now. Getting itchy for skids. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

This is how a bunch of people suggested I mount the injectors: First problem is having spacers machined up was a pain in the arse, second was how far out the injector sat from the hole in the runner and third was having the injector seal and seat properly. I grabbed a set of pre-fab bushes that use an o-ring around the outside to seat in the standard intake but even the biggest 14mm o-ring was too small to seal in them. This meant I had to drill out the standard runners to suit the larger body of the new injectors. It has a slight taper on it now and because the injector sits further down in the runner, it now also uses the factory rubber bush from the side feeds for some extra support/sealing. This is what it looks like now. While the intake was off, I removed the barbed water fitting at the back (I hate push-on with a passion) and welded on a -6AN fitting for the water feed to the turbo. You can see it at the very back of this photo next to the back of the left rocker cover. Also mounted the thermo fans correctly and modified the fuel filler door signage... lol. Tuning it this Thursday. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Swapped my old e-Boost2 for a new one yesterday. Thanks Turbosmart! The new version has sexy new features (that I won't be using) but the design is much better than my old one. The vacuum line isn't fixed into the back of the head unit and the electrical plugs are flush mounted to the backing instead of sticking out. There's also no more silver bolt poking through the back. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
