A T5 will last about 5 minutes behind a blown 355 You should be able to get 250-280rwkw by supercharging a stock 304 which is pretty good fun in a VL. More power than that and your looking at big $$$ to build and even bigger $$$ when you start breaking things on a regular basis Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Well... thats the story. It was in a VS series 2 Calais, but obviously that was a conversion from a 6 to the 8 and the getrag. Not real sure where it was before that but from memory it came out of a HSV of some kind. He is a member on here. PM and I will forward on his contact details. Im not even sure how much he wanted for it.

Prochargers are the go and yes they are the most expensive, but you do get what you pay for. With the right setup, 1000hp is a breeze on pump fuel and will cruise around like a stocker. And as for not being good for drag racing.....the record with a Procharger is 6.25 @ 227.65mph.

Hey guys i'm going to look at a Paxton blower tomorrow, It's a friend of a friend and he said I can grab it for $1500, apparantly it's only been ran for around 1000km's. Does anyone no if people have used these on the holden 304's and what sort of power output people are makiing with comparison to the vortech kits.
