I'm racing forsure car is ready to go. SPLNUP is going also. cant see why the rajab race car wont be there considering they are sponsoring the vl turbo bracket. I could very well be racing the against race car as well as it's dial your own and i can only manage low 12's so i will be at the lower end of the qualifying. i reckon the manual cars will have the edge tomorrow in the vl class.

well i would have won it lol. i red lit in the final with a .386 the maroon VL won the bracket. Think i have done the head on mine it cooked on the way home. there was 6 vls there today but 1 went home after first qualifying. It's quite hard racing heads up with the cars. i was having alot of trouble with my spark plug leads and alot of the other guys were having trouble getting a good reaction time with a consistant number running those bigger turbo's. disappointed there was very few vl's though i thought we'd get at least 12.

JET3LT managed a PB of 11.2 @ 126 with a manual and new motor. A bit disappointing that we couldnt see the illusive 10 second pass.. but maybe when the weather is a touch cooler. Not there yet Jase but its not far away. It was 31 degrees for most of the day and dropped to 28 late in the afternoon. U2SLOW puts on quite a good show. That was running 10.1s most of the day. Some cars were running 8.80s so the track wasnt too bad, there were only a couple that really struggled. Im sure someone took a camera with them....

Nah not there yet brett, have to check over a few things, for the power it was making it didnt run down as hard as I had of hoped. Admittedly I need more practice in the drviers seat its been a long time since I was at the drags last, might get to calder in the next few weeks if my motivation improves. It was a great day though, plenty of trak time and some fast cars out aswell, the red VL was super consistent and deserved to win the bracket, well done.

was a good day JET3LT was a damn clean bt1 an the green 1 was very neat as well looked like it had a 35-40 on it but i only seen it run a 13sec pass an take off was very slow. and my mates TUFSS3 was running well with a pb of 9.1 at 160mph but snapped an axel just before i got there after a 2 an a bit hour drive up tthere to watch him but still some very tuff cars there but was dissapointed with the turn out of vlts poor realy

Yeah I thought there would be more, but with the heat and alot of other things on the same weekend its probably understandable.

true mate. your bay is very clean mate good set up not to over done an neat an tidy. i remember seeing ya run 11.2 i think but didnt see wat mph u done wat was it an it also sound like u were not goin to well with traction off the line.

Ah yea traction, nah that wasnt the trouble, I tried something different and it really really didnt work, Best mph from the day came from a 12.6 bogged the start but run down hard @ 128mph, the 11.2 was only 121 mph. So there is some room for improvement in my driving, I could always get someone to drive it for me, but that would take the whole fun and the point out of it I think. I like the standard look engine bay aswell,

I rekon you should get Laura to drive it for you. She'd run a 9 in it no worries.

TUFSS3 is an animal. Everyone was stunned at how quick it flew down the track and then the board lit up with 160mph! Its awesome. Looked like it was scrubbing tyres on the gaurds however as a fair bit of smoke was coming from that area. I saw it do the axle... was spewing... I wanted to see it go again!
