So true mate. I was just talking about this with my good mate last month, if they want to try and decrease the amount of city hooning etc. fund for a skid pan, drag stip etc. small price to pay to try and save lives untill another accident that kills a car load.
yeah very true i think another drag strip would go a long way!!!! instead of spending money these ****ers get from ticket fines, use that money and build a new strip, ill be the first to use it!

lol i don't even think Jono was that bad on air, i mean admitting 290km/h was bad but at least he seemed to honestly be thinking about what the interviewer was saying with regard to being an idiot etc, at least he didnt come accross as some smartass arrogant tosser who will never learn until he hits a wall.... You could tell Jono's segment was heavily editted.
That's the best 'hoon' aca show i've seen yet, at least they weren't genearlizing calling us all Street racers. They can crush repeat street racers' cars for all i care lol, as long as it doesn't affect me. Maybe then they would ease up on the little man pottering around in his modified ride.
sorry to say but i met jono a few times i believe with a record like that he shouldnt of done the interview they where out to hammer him and they did good of it and then with the crap he was saying they hammered him even more those ****s will make a story bigger and worse than what it is but jono gave them all the details to hammer him either way
The Australian government belive that crushing car is the key to solving this problem,now yes i agree what we do is WRONG on the city streets,but if they start crushing car i belive there will more high speed pursuits and basicly it will start WAR!
Now lets face if weather you have spent $6 or $60 000 on your car, NO BODY want to see this happen to there car,i personly belive if they start crushing car this problem will change from Street race to Raw violence......
There need to be a better solution
putting people like our own former 'goose' in gaol would send an appropriate message to some others intending to race cars at breakneck speeds on public roads.
I could imagine his mates visiting him there and seeing how terrified he was, no better way to change behaviour IMHO
