well considering its illegal to drag on the streets and most importantly dangerous and stupid, there is no need for stalling auto's off the line. and if you own a vlt you probably aren't a cruiser, so go manual. they are good to be lazy and concentrate on driving, but boring and if like most auto boxes, tired and dont shift into gear soon enough for cornering etc can na stock autos be stalled without killing it, and what rpm? having said that autos do like the boost going to second they pull like...

lol do you wana race or have ****loads of fun!? well, race, a worked auto with a stally would do the trick. Otherwise, go the manual sooo much more fun with a turbo. Only ever driven a auto once but, but i'd still rather my manual *EDIT: I'm drunk, fixed my grammer Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

a few people on here are speaking without having experienced driving a properly built auto. I used to hate autos, said they were gay, sh1t whatever. until i owned on with a stallie and full manual shift, it changed my mind about the driving experience all together. Phantom_t, with a full manual auto, you can chage gears whenever you want and its instant shift is firm, HSVSUX the vl calais turbo track car runs some seriously quick times around the twisty stuff with an auto, do a search and youll find the vid.

sound of an auto gearbox shifting through a sports exhaust = enough to own a manual on it's own Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

nugget: yeah i haven't driven a maualised auto, mainly due to the cost of having one built. i like to have a clutch, altho thats pretty much what the stall converter does off the line. i think for most people its the fact of being able to drive a manual, matching the clutching with acc, not just pushing the acc pedal and going. i do like both depends on mood. and i not in it for drags.

manualised autos are nothing like the best of both worlds, it's the worst of both worlds... having to change your own gears without the fun of a clutch lol! Lack's the conveniance of an auto and lacks the feel of a 3 pedal manual Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Does anyone want to take me for a wrap in a 10/11 second manual, so I can change my mind? id go manualised auto... cos there is no real cost effect clutch on the market unless you wanna fork out 3k! for a twin plate one that will take the abuse plus i like to stall it up hard and let it rip Steve Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Scared the **** outta me but I ****ing loved it! That is what made me want a manual, that thing chirped every gear, or at least he made sure it did Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
