Fixed this, stopped it det'ing... Slowly did a ramp up, and noticed IMMENSE blow by from the crankcase - figured, it sucked a intake gasket in, or broke a ringland from all the detonation. Decided, (i really dont care about engine, i build em to break) that id ramp it up as it was.... ramped it hard... went 475rwhp on 10psi - thru a th400 and 3.08 gears with a 3500convertor. Made 420rwhp from 3000rpm on - and peak around 4800 - when blow by got that bad we couldnt breath. Went home, pulled it down..... smashed the copper gasket on 2 cylinders.. so it was running on 6 cylinders, and im pretty sure it has been for quite some time. ITs back together now - just waiting on a turbo specific cam this time... once its in, ill be back on the rollers and up the track.
