as a new member of the forums, and an avid reader, i respect where your coming from. to me represents what this forum is all about, he is never reduced to the petty name calling, and always makes an effort to comment with best of intentions. Is it that hard to buy a gregory's and learn some **** by reading? Coming on an internet site asking questions that quite simply make you look extremely naive and pretty silly is no way to learn stuff, and in my opinion definaely shouldn't be defended. If you don't know what colour to paint your car, GO LOOK AT SOME ****ING PAINT CHARTS. If your car won't dose, SELL IT. dammit ive been pigeonholed. forget that i am the dose king and the reigning emperor of the holy muzza empire. i wasnt talking about dose threads and anti-dose people!!!! i was just talking in general, things seem to blow up out of nowhere on this site in numerous threads (not just dose threads) and everyone gets reduced to name calling and personal attacks! and while i agree with you with the 50 posts a month by 13 year olds asking 'which bov will make my vl go stidododododo' yeah, that sh*t is annoying, im talking about people who ask stuff like.. oh i dunno... 'whats the difference between s1 and s2?' or 'will vk taillights fit on my vl?'.. stuff we all know and take for granted... it just seems to me that alot of members on this site (myself included at times) forget that a long time ago they were clueless teenagers just trying to learn as much as they could about their favourite cars. and i'm cool with answering all of the dosing related questions people have, and for the most part - most of you direct these people to me rather than bagging them, which is good, cause i dont mind at all... but if its not a dosing question, and its something that might be a bit difficult to find through a search, and you know the answer.. why not just tell them!!! but yes, i will cover any dose related questions. as the king is it my duty. :P

dix you make a damn good point. now before i say this to all parties involved no harm is intended. the site needs to be alot more strict on the crap that gets put on here, and if it is the moderators job then thats where it lies. i can also sympathize that yes the moderators do not get paid to patrol the threads, they do it cause they like it. and they do not spend 24 hours a day on this site either. we ALL have lives outside of ct. and yes it is hard trying to police so many d***heads posting **** about "dosing, wheres the best place to drag, or even better the damn police gave me a canary" and to the workshop wars that go on in this place, (which mind you have been controlled very well) its just not good enough. seroiusly who gives a flying f**k about "this w/shop and can you an extra 0.0001542rwkw for an extra $22000 (exaggeration). and if it's not done right you come on here and bagg the people who sponsor the site instead of resolving it with the place first.(they keep ct going). i admit i was caught out about w/shop wars when i first came on as everybody has had some bad experience one time or another, but you move on and learn from your mistakes. feel free to ask for direction with legal advice but keep the names of the site. Most of the people i have met from this site are genuinely ok with most people that are willing to learn. other people just post crap on here that gives us VL drivers a bad name. hell , i was once young and liked to race around everywhere but in this day and age especially in victoria you can't do that stuff anymore. i'm not saying to be a goody two shoes you can do what ever you want cause at the end of the day no car is legal, but if you get caught doing stupid things then you pay. even if you aren't you still might too.
