As for the pioneer/sony quality debate, the range from most brands of that popularity are pretty big, there is huge difference between the entry level speakers for sale in the supercheap catalog and the higher end stuff from those manufacturers. Using pioneers decks as an example, the prices difference between the bottom and top of the line gear can reach well over $1000, now u cant tell me that the whole range of that equipment is equally crap, or equally good. On top of that, in most cases, the cheaper equipment is installed too a poorer degree of quality, further fcuking the sound coming out of it and making it fall well short of its potential

i believe you cant say what is a cheap brand and what is a good brand.. the majority of companys make a range of products which start cheap and then expensive.. it all depends on the buyer on what they can afford if companys just produce expensive products and rely on people to pay big bux then alot of companys will go broke i just recon you cant say whether sony/apline/jbl etc are either sh1t or good
