No it did not, it made around 225rwkw on 22psi and comes with a Motec that can no longer be tuned (apparently the software is no longer available because its so old)...also has holes in the fuel tank (leakiing into the boot) where the fuel system was screwed into the floor. Oh and another nice touch is how the headlight switch triggers the fuel pumps...haha.
Goes good though and has some good bits on it (Rajab 35/40, Transbrake trans, Suspension etc) but the actual car and quality of mods performed is very, well, 'average'.

the worst part bout the fuel leak was my lil boy was sitting in the back when i started to smell fuel i checked the boot and some twit had screwed a hole straight through the tank to mount the fuel system imagine if one of the lights arked out the car would have been in flames .....
car just came off the dyno it just made 240rwk still way under what it should be with the mods its ment to have .....they played with the timing etc ....
He's not using the shell, he's transfering the running gear into his own freshly painted shell so the car itself is not really an issue, it really just shows how dodgey some of the work is thats getting done these days....and to be very wary when buying interstate.
yer ill never buy another vl from interstate again like my car found out computer needs to be repaired timing was out one whole tooth and stilli ts misfiring.

yer ill 2nd that mate.im in the same baot as white_bt1 i also have kids and to be ****d around like that is not good.i just wanted to jump over the roof i was pissed.any how i got a fair bargain with the swap i did cause he had to come over and take my vn+2k for the black aero i couldnt get 2k out at night from the bank and he had to make it that night he said deposit the cash in his acount.luckily i never did cause im out of pocket heeps bad and would rather the vn now.
nah he just asked was he gone get any of the 2 grand.i said no its costing me more then 2k now to fix it or if he wanted id swap him back evan after i already spent 500 on the vl.but the computer is ***d now so no chance in hel;l hes seing any of the money now.

i have a uni chip if that will help out with the computer side of it mate unless you have after market computer

cheers mate mine has an ems computer fairly old to.
that ecu can be tuned, my mate built this car, was all good when he sold it and Rajabs and him spent lot time and money on it, guy sort wrecked it by selling the glide out of it.
Give the Rajabs a call, they have the software sure they would be more than happy to put it on CD and send it over for your tuner. ECU is fine.
He has spoken to Rajabs...they were anything but helpful...didnt wanna know about it from all accounts...they told him if you want more power out if it turn up the boost (already running 22psi) and fill it with C16....Lmao.
and if it was your mate that built it...was he the one that drilled the hole in the fuel tank???.....haha.
