those a/f ratios are lean as mate, i personally woudn';t be flooring it unless you want to be picking up pieces of piston ringlands. You want it back up to 12.5 miniuim, personally i woudn't run leaner than 12.0 Did they tell you this??, it looks like 13.0/13.2 under peak power. Turn the boost down cheers darren

don't want to start anything, but is this a bit of a happy dyno? Anyway i'd agree with jetr31, probably want to knock a pound of the boost there champ, and maybe make the extra injector start a little bit later as well... what boost was this run at?

I had an extra injector setup on my first VLt. It was absolutely fine. The wiring was circular... wire from injector one to pressure switch, wire from pressure swtch to 'added' injector, wire from 'added' injector back to injector 1. I had mine setup to turn on at 8psi as a safety precausion, while that may seem extremely safe, remember how fast a turbo will spin from 8psi to 15psi. It's a blink of an eye. I has no troubles with it at all for the best part of a year. then it was stolen. I put mne on the dyno to make sure it was all good as soon as I did it though.

The only reason why the figures are a bit lean is because of my setup running from the factory ecu.. will be expecting to put in a motec m4 to get a head start when i get the funds, which will be as soon as tax is done next month. But was told today its not going to do any damage for the time being.. Never blows smoke or drives badly but will have it sorted none the less.. and as far as the "happy dyno" is concerned, was told today by the mechanic that put the whole setup on that at the time he put all the gear on it made 230kw`s at the treads.. without the need of happiness :P Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Im not sure what injector it is, will find out.. look im not in it to say it makes this much and has the potential to make this much bla bla bla, like i said ive only had the bt1 for about 3 months now and im still learning as i go along.. I owned a vs clubsport before this and even though i love the change, i still have a little to learn about internals n stuff for the turbs.. 212kw is what it made, 230kw is what i was told from the dude who put all the modifications on it (new turbo, new pump, fittings and lines, cam, injector and switch etc at that time which was a couple of years ago) and is a highly intelligent bloke but didnt see the car after he put it all on until i bought it.. So we are currently working out the bugs..

I woudn't touch the place with a 10Ft barge poll if they told me the a/f ratios where "alright" for now!, that is DODGY practice man. I am trouble comprehending this level of care they take, anyone i have ever met, the car would come straight of the dyno and you would be told not to give it full throttle till it is fixed...your motor though No **** it is because of the factory computer, the pulse width for the factory injectors woudn't be enough. cheers darren
