One more thing though, lets not forget Anthony also tuned Eddie Tassone's twin turbo VH monster. I think he has managed to get just over 1500rwhp which i believe is the highest recording for a "street car". When it comes to tuning, Anthony has numerous results that speak for themselves
The LT8 and the LT12 are set up different. An LT8 only uses 3 of the 4 injector driver wires. and they are fired in groups of 2. An LT12 fires one injector each. An LT8 wont even start a car with 363's if it is not set up right. We reciently fitted 363's to an old blue LT8 and it would even start. To get the customer on the road we swapped an ECU for one of our Microtechs and had the car in and out in the same day. A lot of people want a microtech but dont upgrade the injectors and then later decide to change injectors. All of the ECU's we sell are ready to take 363 injectors. And if required a map can be loaded to the ecu that will start and run fine providing the fuel system is up to spec and base timing set to our specs. Fine tuning on the dyno is still required.

They tuned my mates VLT and hasn't missed a beat and hasn't dropped an engine running 9's all day every day without a problem for a while now.
Everybody is going to have negative comments to say about someone, not everyone gets looked after the same nor do people have the same level of satisfaction about certain things.

fair effort!
l guess it all comes down to the tune and knowing he is a microtech specialist gives an advantage to peoples who have microtech ecu's.
Was your mate running 9's with stock bottom end?
maztech tuned my car as it sits now.. and i WILL be going back there asap to get another tune with more boost. anthony is a ledgend and can really tune a car...
i am really quite happy with the tune anthony did on my car. i was told to go there off a mate who works with eddy tassone and am very happy i went there...
some tuners are half assed and only do half a tune. anthony was quite insistant on doing it right and taking the time needed to do it properly and it shows... cold start and everything has worked better than it ever has.
nothing but praise from me mate.
my brother has his rx7 tunned there he could not be happier and maztech are not just good with rotors look at provlt and sticks ke20 i would even say he is leading the way with the e85 tunes also
Mine will need a tune early next year because of bigger turbo, injectors and more boost.
I think Maztech will be the place to take it.
from people's experience how long is the waiting list to get a full dyno tune, and will he do it in a day or two maximum??

I would think your best option is to give them a call because when it comes to tuning l would leave the car there for a longer period and let them take their time rather than rush them.

My mate had his car tuned first, took about 2 hours all up and he just had to wait an hour or so tilll he finished up with another car.
Then my cousin put his Rotary on the dyno right after his and must say he tuned my cousins car within 20 mins after having tuned the car previously so he is quick and good.

Was standard but since has put in a 2 speed so he decided to freshen and forge the motor cause of the more boost he will be putting in it.
You hear stories everywhere about someone, my suggestion would be go in and speak to Anthony and make up your own mind about him and his work. Your coin, your decision.
I've heard of a workshop, not going to mention names who tune cars that they didn't build and they decide to pick things and criticise... not only that they also hold back on a tune.
Funny how a well known workshop built one of their customer cars then bought it off him and went bigger times instantly....
