Just wondering but how loud are these puppies? Do they scream over the engine noise or are they nice and fairly quiet? Also, are they connected up to run all the time or are they hooked up to a temp sensor and only run at and above a certian temp?

Installed a set on my mates chevy, (high performance 350), he had his car parked somewhere and noticed a bit of coolant leaking.. was a hot day so he just thought it was just some over flow.. drove it home with his eye's constantly on the temp guage, a little bit higher than normal, but well below danger zone (half wayísh, he said normal for a hot day), Got home and decided to check his water... less than a 1/4 in there... thermo's where doing there job so good the motor didn't miss a beat, the little bit of water in it was cool enough to do the job.. Don't forget guy's these run on taxi's that sit in line for hours on end, on hot days sucking the hot exhaust from the cars in front, not only are they fine, but you will notice the cabs still run the aircon.. I'd say allot better than C.Davies fans.. by a long shot...

I have a Calais Turbo that heats up when stationary, in traffic etc. But when i drive it drops back down under half or on half. Now who has used these fans and noticed a difference? And do these fans deliver more CFM, than the normal fan?

Any feedback from people who have used these fans will be well appreciated. Cheers.
