Yes its RB 30 det. Also we got the N/A RB 30 in our Calais with auto only. 2 or 3 litre was an option on the other models across the range.

NEM_SS - mate that looks tops! Good to see people getting out there and doing their cars up the way they want! I think the way your VL is done definatley shows some of the NZ trends, but mate keep up the good work!

Thanks for all the positive posts guys but I dont mind negative feedback and yes I would like to see pics of their cars also. The great thing about doing a car up is you get to express your self and your ideas, they may not be to everyones liking but at least its mine and I havn't done what everyone else does. A point of difference is one of the best things you can do. Here in New Zealand this car is very rare and the fact that I have choosen to modify it will iritate some people also, but its mine and I can do what I want. The car is still a very long way off from being finished this is just the first stage and the fact that all of this work was done in 10 days, the feeling of winning top holden and people appreciate it makes me more determined to finish the build. Cheers Kris

Interior will be finished in two weeks time so thats will be great to finally cross of the list. Next step full rebuild and a huge amount of power to unleash on the dyno. Should of woke me up, just couldn't stay awake any longer due to no sleep for 3 days before the show, just so determined to get the car there. Will have to catch up, Cheers Kris

very nice and very different, the pics really don't do it justice! i don't spose its a daily driver any more?! the shaving job is immaculate, but is there a way to open doors without remote? i thought that you had to be able to open a car door from the outside to pass wof? keep up the good work, look forward to seeing it finished.
